Wilshire-Vermont Mixed Use Development,  Los Angeles, Ca

Rpg Enterprises in conjunction with Taisei Construction Construction are proud to be working together on the Wilshire-Vermont Mixed Use Development project. Taisei Construction was recently awarded the general construction contract for a new 700,000 square foot mixed-use, “transit village” in the Koreatown district, surrounding the Wilshire Vermont Metro Red Line subway station.

Located at 3183 Wilshire Blvd., the property is owned by Los Angeles-based Urban Partners and McFarlane Partners, a real estate investment manager specializing in urban development/redevelopment projects and other high yielding assets. Designed by the internationally acclaimed Arquitectonica, the project consists of 449 mixed income, multi-family units totaling 325,000 square feet, 35,000 square feet of retail shops, and over 283,400 square feet of parking space. “Our commitment to proactive, aggressive costing was instrumental in securing this assignment”, says Taisei Project Manager Richard Aman. The development is scheduled for completion in August 2006.
