The project is a 24-story, 87-unit building over a 4-level subterranean parking structure with 271 parking spaces. The project site is on a 38,000 sf parcel on Wilshire Boulevard, located in the heart of Westwood, in an area of the city called The Gold Coast. The building offers amenities such as a fitness center, library and private dining with a private kitchen salon and wine cave. There is a separate elevator for each unit at every floor- a total of four elevators, plus a freight and garage elevator. The exterior is clad with pre-cast Indiana limestone and sandblast concrete. In addition, the building has a low-E glass curtain wall. The current estimated construction cost is more than $100,000,000. Harley Ellis Devereaux is the Executive Architect for this major high-rise project.
